About Me
For over 30 years I have specialised in hand-painted kitchens and fitted furniture across Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. I have painted dozens of bespoke kitchens for A. Bell & Co. Ltd. of Kingsthorpe, one of Northamptonshire’s leading kitchen manufacturers, as well as transforming existing oak, pine, maple and custom-made kitchens with beautiful, durable hand-painted finishes.
With more than 40 years’ experience in the decorating trade, I have worked on prestigious projects throughout the UK, including many Grade I and Grade II listed properties. I hold the City & Guilds Craft Certificate with Distinction and remain as passionate about delivering exceptional workmanship today as when I first started.
Alongside specialist kitchen painting, I am an experienced wallpaper hanger and a member of both the Wallpaper Hangers Guild and the Traditional Painter network. Whether you’re considering a hand-painted kitchen or specialist wallpaper and fabric installation, I’m always happy to offer honest advice and guidance.
Today I also work alongside my son, whom I have personally trained to the same high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail that have built my reputation over the last four decades.

Please plan your kitchen painting project on the basis of approximately 12 weeks' lead time. If there is a cancellation or gap in the schedule, you may be offered an earlier start date.
