I had a 29 year old solid wood kitchen, I liked the layout and didn't really want to change it for an inferior new one. I knew what I wanted when I decided to have the kitchen units painted and Lee made it a reality. He offered advice not just about the units but also the decorating and which colours would complement each other, even which paint to use and where to get it from. It wasn't just the units but the whole room which he advised upon.

When he began working on the kitchen, he made the whole process as easy as possible (even taking in parcel deliveries). He is such a meticulous worker with an exceptional attention to detail. The finish of the units is superb, and he has changed a very dated room into my perfect kitchen.

Lee is a genuinely lovely man who is a pleasure to know and no matter how difficult it got he always had a smile.

I would recommend him to anyone who wants a transformation with a professional finish. Thank you Lee.

‘Lee has previously hand painted some small pieces of furniture for me so when I bought a second hand Smallbone wood kitchen, which needed an upgrade, Lee was my first port of call. I had to wait a while but it was certainly worth the wait. Lee’s attention to detail and meticulous work is undeniable and an art in itself! He is certainly a master at his craft and has turned my kitchen into a beautiful place to be. I have had so many compliments on the painted finish and also the colour, which Lee was able to specially tint and make bespoke for me. I am extremely pleased and I would have no hesitation in doing it all again… a pleasure to work with and outstanding results.’

Dear Lee, Helen and I wanted to put into print how delighted and impressed we have been with your recent painting of our kitchen cabinets. Your attention to detail is remarkable, and the finished job is way better than we could ever have hoped for. Not a single brush stroke can be seen, everything is perfectly flat, immaculately edged. The previously dented and edge marked doors are all now better than new, and the soft and warm finish of the paints you have used and recommended to us provide a totally bespoke finish that we still just keep having to touch and stand and admire. We also have to remark on your care and attention to cleaning up all through the process, with nothing left to point to a hard days sanding and cabinet preparation that went before.

You made the whole experience, from your initial advice on paints and colours, to the actual job, a real pleasure for us, and to be frank, we cannot get over the enormous value for money you provide. We now have a kitchen that is hand finished in a way that surpasses anything I have seen in the market (and at huge money).'

If I may I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you for an outstanding job that has exceeded any expectations we might have had. You have transformed our worthy, but slightly dull oak kitchen in to something that  appears to be a brand new.

We had agonised for several years over what to do with our kitchen. It was a very high quality and extremely expensive kitchen and after 15 years was showing little sign of age but we were frankly a bit bored with it. To replace it when it was in such condition made no sense but we desperately wanted to change the whole look of the kitchen and following our initial meeting with you when we discussed options we now have a transformed and modern elegant looking cream kitchen which should provide a further 15 years of service before we need to consider replacing it and all at a fraction of the cost of a completely new kitchen.

To say that we're happy is an understatement and we cannot thank you enough for the quality of your work, your professionalism and for having been such a pleasure to work with on this project.

We are now looking at our fitted bedroom wardrobes and wondering whether we should let you bring them in to the twenty first century!

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the transformation which Lee has achieved with our old pine kitchen and also with the professionalism and efficiency he has shown throughout.

From the first consultation until the completion of the project Lee has been most helpful and the work has been carried out with great skill and meticulous attention to detail.

Lee finished the job of hand-painting our solid-wood kitchen cabinets and ceramic tiles within the time frame and budget agreed. Although the time-frame and consequent disruption to our living conditions was lengthy Lee was meticulous in his preparation and the finished job was excellent. The transformation of the tiles through painting and lacquering was particularly impressive - you wouldn’t believe they are not newly glazed tiles and without the mess and hassle of replacing them. Lee is not the cheapest nor the quickest but he ensures excellent quality and value for money.’
