Traditional Painter specialist
Invitation-only member of the Traditional Painter network.
Sussex and Surrey
Hand-painted kitchens and furniture are my speciality, particularly in period homes where preserving character is so important. That said, I also enjoy transforming modern kitchens and interiors with the same attention to detail and craftsmanship.
I completed a traditional decorating apprenticeship in the early 1980s, gaining distinctions in both the City & Guilds Craft and Advanced Craft qualifications. After several years working for a chartered building company, I established my own decorating business and have been helping homeowners create beautiful interiors ever since.
I have been a Dulux Select Decorator for over 13 years and achieved TrustMark Government-endorsed accreditation in 2007. In 2012, I was invited to become a member of the Traditional Painter network, recognising my commitment to high-quality hand-painted finishes and customer service.
Today, I provide specialist hand-painted kitchen and furniture finishes across Surrey and Sussex, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern, durable paint systems to create beautiful, long-lasting results.

Discover Traditional Painter“Our kitchen units were repainted by Mark over a four week period. Outstanding work, clean and tidy workmanship and great knowledge of paints and colours. I use very few tradesmen at my house but I would have no hesitation in using Mark again or recommending him. Great job, thanks”
