Mobile phones in tunnels
In this day and age of mobile phones, there is no excuse for not keeping customers in the picture about unscheduled changes and on-site problems.
Interestingly, a builder in Philadelphia had this amazing habit of losing his signal – usually when faced with a difficult question from an irate customer wondering where he had been for the last two weeks. Several times he said that the line was breaking up, because he was driving through a tunnel. Trouble is, there are no tunnels in Philadelphia!
