I usually check my emails in the morning before work, and again in the evening. (I am not quite ready to deal with the task of handling emails while on site.)

I also use email to send a quote within 3 working days of visiting you at your home / on site. (I post the same quote too, which normally arrives within 7 days of our meeting.)

there is a machine for you to leave a message on. Alternatively, you can try me on my mobile number.

I check for messages and return calls first thing in the morning, at lunch time or after work.

There is a link in the left sidebar where you can download a vCard (a sort of electronic business card) straight to the address book on your computer. It contains my email address, phone numbers, Twitter account. Download it here

I try to post something of interest a few time a week – updates on jobs I am doing, new products I am using / trialing, summaries of past work… If you subscribe, (it is free) you can get an automatic updates posted direct to Google Reader or a similar RSS feed reader.
